Privacy

The data we process, why, and for how long.

What we collect

For a ride: your name, phone number, pickup and drop-off points, and the vehicle's position during the trip.
For a transfer or trip request: your name, email, phone if you give it, flight, dates and number of travellers.
For a message: your name, email and the content of the message.

Why

Only to provide the service: connecting you with a driver, confirming a trip with the operator, answering your request. We sell no data. The site sets no advertising cookies; Kigali weather is fetched server-side, with no tracker.

How long

Trip data is kept for three years, then anonymised: addresses and routes are erased, only amounts remain for accounting.

Access by authorities

Your data is shared with authorities only under a legal order. Each access is tied to a case, a legal basis and a time period, and recorded in a tamper-evident log.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to hello@inzira.site. Processing follows Rwandan Law No. 058/2021 on the protection of personal data.
